Breakfast
As you have been told your whole life, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. How your day goes depends on how you start it off. Why not start it out healthy ? Now when people see the word "healthy" they think a bland, lack of taste meal. That's where they are wrong.
Have a freshly ripened apple, with a slice of toast, with a glass of low fat milk. Simple, Easy to whip up, full of nutrients, and last but not least HEALTHY.
Any fruit will give you lots of energy to start your day off. It also provides a source of fiber believe it or not. You can get fiber from the toast, or muffin ..ect you choose to eat.
